Great Upgrade Over Eero – Fast and Easy to Set Up
The Deco BE25 has been a fantastic upgrade from my previous Eero setup. The link between the two nodes is incredibly fast, delivering consistent performance throughout my home. Setup was a breeze—straightforward and quick, even for a non-techie. One small downside: it comes with US plugs by default, so I had to order UK plugs separately. Also, I wish it was powered via USB-C for more flexibility. Still, these are minor issues compared to the overall performance and ease of use. Highly recommended if you're looking to step up your home network.

Easy to install But it has one issue which is 2, 5 GHz where it didn't give you the full internet speed.

I recently upgraded to the Deco BE25 (3-pack) to cover my 3-story home, and the difference is night and day. We used to have major dead zones in the basement and the far corner of the kitchen, but now I get a consistent, high-speed signal everywhere. Why this is great for families: Seamless Roaming: I can walk from the attic to the garage on a Zoom call, and the handoff between nodes is completely invisible. No more dropped calls when moving rooms. Wired Backhaul: I love that both ports are 2.5G. I have the nodes connected via Ethernet (wired backhaul), which gives me incredible stability and keeps the wireless bands free for our phones and laptops. IoT Network: It has a dedicated 'IoT Network' feature. I moved all 30 of my smart bulbs and plugs to it, which kept my main 5GHz band clear and much faster for my actual work computer. The Setup: The Deco app is foolproof. It literally walks you through where to place the units for the best signal. If you want Wi-Fi 7 tech but aren't a 'tech person,' this is the easiest way to do it.
