4/19/26 I need to submit another review for this silicone cupping. At first, they didn’t work well. I asked my massage lady how to use them. She showed me a technique! You hold them with two fingers from the bottom base and press down. I like them. I recommend them, and I’m glad I didn’t return them.

I’ve been using these silicone cups in between my regular professional lymphatic massage sessions to help support drainage and reduce the appearance of cellulite. They’re easy to use and create great suction without feeling too harsh. I make sure to use plenty of body oil so they glide smoothly over the skin — that’s key! When used correctly, they feel really effective and leave my skin looking more toned and energized. Great addition to my self-care routine at home!

These silicone cupping cups are super soft and comfortable, which I really appreciated. I’ll be honest — I couldn’t quite get the suction I was hoping for, but that may very well be user error and part of the learning curve. That said, I still prefer these over glass cups. They feel safer, easier to handle, and way less intimidating. If you’re familiar with cupping or comfortable with the technique, I think these could work really well for you. Overall, a nice set — just be prepared to practice a bit to get the hang of it. I’d recommend them, especially if you want a gentler alternative to glass.

I use the rounded part with my free-up. I rub the rounded part over the Free-up. Gives my back a nice massage. Plus takes away my pain. I've used the suction part for other pain which helps. I just ordered another set to make sure I have an extra set. Great product.

It’s an effective tool for lymphatic drainage and myofascial release after a good gym day. The product feels solid and not made of cheap materials. The suction intensity on the accu-cup is responsive. I appreciate that it comes in various sizes. It’s a staple for my weekly self-care routines. You don’t have to be a professional to use. It’s user friendly and pretty self explanatory.

They are a little too stiff for silicone cups for cupping unless they need to be somehow softened with use.

These definitely work great. Took little while to figure out how to do them (use 2 fingers to push top ) but great suction. Best with cream and you can move them around.

Some relief of pain for a while which was somewhat expected.It was recommended by my Physiotherapist to use the cups every other day .It has been a short time of use but satisfied so far.
