Holds mouth guard perfectly
Kept mouth guard clean and dry. It is easy to open and shut for my 7 year old. Good buy.

Teeth feel good after use
Doesn't leave residue in your mouth. Some toothpastes do that, even if you've rinsed multiple times. This helps keeps the coffee and tea stains from getting too bad btwn weekly use of white strips.

I’ve tried multiple mouth night guards some way to small & most of them which are like this (the ones that form to your teeth) they were like sports mouth guards. When I opened up my package I kind of freaked because it was flat! I followed the instructions put some water in a measuring cup for 4 minutes put the deal in the hot water after a bit I took it out placed it in my mouth fit it to my teeth & it was perfect. I had to put it in the water twice to adjust it but that’s because of my 2 back teeth missing. I just trimmed it & poof!!
