Works amazingly well
These gummies are extremely good. I take it with my magnesium glycinate before sleeping and sleep the whole night, no interruption. I don't take it every night tho. I am sure its safe if taken every night too.

Good for shortterm natural sleep
It gives good restful sleeo with no after-effects the next day. But the effect of 3 mg doesn't last for the whole night. Also, since I've taken it for a week only, cant say whether it causes tolerance or habituation

False advertising
These are gummies which I have come to learn cannot by themselves be sustained release without special ingredients. So this is being falsely marketed as sustained release in my opinion. It works just like regular melatonin, did not prevent me from waking up at night. Just get pharma melatonin which would be cheaper than this.

No effect. Zero help. Even taking extra pill has no results. Seems like candy only.

Good Product
We’re really happy with these gummies! Me and my wife used another well-known brand, but these have worked better for us. The sustained release feature helps us fall asleep easily and stay asleep through the night.
