I was using one of these at a Chiropractorโs office after an auto accident and it was amazing. I took a picture and searched online and found this one. So glad I got my own. Itโs so easy to use and safe. It give my neck so much relief when itโs stiff.

I bought this to relieve pain and compression in my neck and upper back. This system works well and using it with a door is very easy. The the stitching along the neck brace can be a little scratchy, which is minor, considering it's holding my body weight. And I would say this is for teens and older.
