Yes, it's money well spent for great prints.
Okay.. There are so many reviews and broad mixed emotions on these glass beds. Being this was my first 3d printer and first forray into the genre, I was completely unbiased either way, so this review will reflect the pros and cons. First off, the bed is nice. No flaws, was packaged very well as to prevent damage in transit and is a good value for the money. I didn't straight edge it to check for warpage, but I've had absolutely zero leveling issues. Next, let's talk about the only real issue I have with it. It's not enough to ding the stars, but still, it's pretty lame. You have to secure it with binder clips. To me, that's absurd no matter what. Why would you make a plate such as this that doesn't have a secure mount system, and one that requires the user to use clips that impact the print dimensions. Makes no sense to me. From there, the rest is all good. Printing on the textured side works fantastic for PLA, no doubt about it. Zero problems with adhesion, no glues, sprays or tapes needed. With that said, the slick side is even better! Whoops, did I just say that?! Haha! Yes, the slick side for me was recommended in one. of the FB groups and its been awesome! PETG, PLA, PLA+ are all filaments I've used and they all hold on for dear life. Until cooled off that is. But let me tell you, if you start on the textured side and decide to flip it, it's a real PITA to remove from magnetic bed base (if you have one on yours). It sticks with serious bite, but it's actually easy to pop off if you use Scraperite plastic razor blades or similar thin, ridgid plastic scraper. You just have to get between the glass and mag surface, and work your way around until you hear a slight POP. The it's released and you should have no damage to either the bed or mag surface. If you hear a crack and not a pop, you messed up lol. Using glass, you need to tweak. your temps a bit, but once you have everything dialed, it's an awesome bed surface. Can't see the need for PEI so far, glass has met ally expectations.

Great for about 2 weeks (10 prints) then nothing sticks. (edit - replacement plate is excellent)
Same with a lot of other people here.. It was great for 2 weeks then nothing sticks, even when i heat up the bed real hot. 80Deg and PLA still doesn't stick anymore when it did at 60deg before. Cleaned thoroughly and still end up with filament floss when objects come loose. It's so frustrating especially after waiting hours and then suddenly all adhesion goes away. I have changed my review to 5 stars from 3 after they sent me a replacement plate. I use one pass of stick glue on the plate once a week (print daily) and the adhesion is strong enough that I don't use brim support anymore but the bottom of prints are completely flat. Adhesion is strong but can still be removed by hand without tools. FWIW, I have also adjusted my settings for a slower speed and hotter bed for the first few layers and that took care of warping. Now that I am using glue on the bed, I am increasing the print speed and the prints just stick. If you let the bed cool, the print will come off pretty easily by hand.

the difference between creality's glass and mirror print surface.
ive had my creality glass for almost a month at this point and ive been printing on glass an mirrors from the time i started printing about a yr ago and got my first 3d printer kit a little over 6 months ago. a tevo tarantula pro, then i got the ender 5 about a month later then a kingroon kp3 and a anet e10. the creality glass is by far the best glass i have for adhesion. so much so the picture of the ender 5 with the part sitting on the glass is pretty much stuck. thats the second one printed on the ender 5 so ive let it cool an ill probably have to remove the glass from the bed to get it off but normally it will release the part after cooling like the first one i printed. in the pictures u can see the creality glass an the other mirror surfaces i use an the two pictures of the printed part, one was printed on the e10 with a mirror and the other was on the ender 5 with the creality glass an u can see the difference in the finish both have a shine the mirrors being way shiner an smooth while the crealitys smooth shine has a textured finish. ive used the mirrors an plan glass for a while now so i know how to get prints to stick with nothing being added to the glass or mirror. i just clean the glass with a alcohol wipe and make sure it has a level bed and ive always managed to get a good adhesion on glass and mirrors. now with the creality glass ive got to where i keep a spray bottle with soapy water to spray the glass an wipe it down with 2 paper towels one to wipe it up an a second one that is damp with just water and i wipe it off to try to make sure i dont leave any kind of a residue from the soap but that is it. an its just worked amazing for adhesion and at times a little to well like in the picture but i will eventually manage to get it off.

Overall, it's better than the magnetic build plate, but adhesion is its biggest issue
There was a minor chip on mine, but its not large enough to cause an issue and its on the bottom of the plate. PROS * Amazingly smooth bottom surface for prints * No warping or other initial layer problems * Removal is often easier than with the magnetic plate (though sometimes prints get a little stuck) * Perfectly level build surface!! (much easier to level than the magnetic build plate) CONS * Adhesion isn't great * Using medium binder clips means you lose a little build area (not a whole lot) * Takes longer to heat up OTHER * Noticed yellowing of cloth after cleaning with rubbing alcohol, not sure what this is though it seems to be from the adhesion layer * Take care when handling, dropping this thing on the floor is a bad idea REVIEW NOTE: This might read a little more like a negative review for the magnetic build plate than a positive review for this plate, but that's just because that plate is a headache and a half and I needed to vent about it. This build plate makes it apparent really quick that the magnetic build plate is not ideal for 3D Printing in the long term nor for larger prints, for several reasons. (A quick review of the magnetic plate for comparison) The magnetic plate has a great strength: you just pull the bed up and prints peel right off! But it comes with a dire trade off: the build plate is very prone to indentations when removing prints. This makes it absolutely horrible to print on afterwards; when you have hills and valleys in your build plate, your initial layer will be nonexistent where the hills are. It's horrible, but it's easier to start out I guess? Anyway, the tempered glass plate has a few setbacks as well, but I'm convinced that it IS an upgrade and going to outlast the default magnetic plate bed (for several, several reasons). To really use this plate without those famous adhesion tricks (hairspray, glue) I set the initial layer speed low, I mean really low. 10 mm/s (yes, that's really low, but it works) and I set the initial layer temp to 80 C (I read this somewhere but can't remember where). This helps ensure the bed is evenly heated and the surface is properly 60 C or slightly higher. You could probably go a little lower than 80, but this is what I did. Now adhesion isn't as big of an issue, and I'm much happier when printing because I don't have to deal with the monstrosity that is the magnetic build plate. I give the magnetic plate 3/5 stars if its brand new, 2/5 if its been used, and 1/5 if its been used AND is demagnetized :)))) If your print is a little stuck even after its cooled, I found wiggling the snips that come with the printer (a godly tool that should be cherished) under the print and prying the print off works really well. The print should just pop right off.

Great upgrade for the Ender 3 — super flat and reliable!
These glass beds are a big improvement over the stock surface. Both pieces were perfectly flat and gave my prints a smoother, more consistent finish. I use a bit of glue stick for adhesion, and it works great — I haven’t tried printing without it yet. When I’m done printing, I just pop the bed in the freezer for a few minutes and the prints release easily without any prying or damage. So far, no chips or scratches, and both glass plates are holding up really well. Overall, an excellent upgrade for anyone running an Ender 3. You get two solid, flat glass beds that make a noticeable difference in print quality and ease of use. Highly recommend!

Sticks well, easy to remove after cooldown
I bought an Ender 3 Pro printer with the magnetic bed cover. I really like the magnetic mat because it makes removing the print trivial but I had a real problem with lack of adhesion on the outer about 1/4 of the bed. Even with careful corner leveling I just could not get the PLA to stick near the edges. (Never quite figured out why.) The mat was also getting king of beat up. I purchased this glass plate and, as other had suggested, I used high-temperature tape (item #B00W3FAFP0) to attach it around the edges. Don't forget to clean the surface with isopropyl alcohol to remove the yellow residue. I found that for PLA filament, I had to run the bed at 65C but then it sticks like an SOB! The piece I got seems to be a little bit bowed (when I level the corners with a piece of paper, the is no friction with the paper in the center). Never the less, adhesion is excellent all over the bed without aggressive leveling. Once the bed cools down, the print detaches easily. Really the only down side is the wait for cooling down before you can try to remove the print.

Perfect for Ender 3
Thicker than the normal plates. Keeps the prints nice and flat. Clips are a bonus.

Great adhesion comes at a price of poor coating longevity
The good bad and ugly: using premium pla filament, the adhesion on this bed is simply amazing on the coated side. Rock solid prints. Unfortunately the print adhesion is so great that it removes the coating on occasion on print removal,as you can see in the photo. The only way to release the strong print bond, even after cooling overnight. was to place bed in freezer for 5 minutes (a common glass bed technique). The part popped right off, but the same cooling uneven thermal retraction that helps the print come off, also unfortunately causes the coating to stay with the part and come off the glass. Btw, a minor point, the clips provided are too thin and useless for the Ender 3 Pro V1 that has the rubberized magnetic mat. I don't recommend removing this mat as it does help the glass bed stay stationary and allows switching to use the original metal bed as needed. The clips need to be about 1 mm wider. Mixed emotions on this product. Great printing results, but coating does not hold up to thermal change.

Size and quality
Wanted to replace my existing hotbed cover with glass and this was a good fit. Fits my mega zero 2 perfectly. One side has a texture on it and the other side is completely flat no texture. Would recommend

Excellent Glass Bed for PETG Printing
I recently purchased the "Improved Tempered Glass Plate with Bed Clips" for my Elegoo Neptune 3D printer from Amazon.de. I received the product promptly, and after installing it on my printer, I am extremely satisfied with its performance. Firstly, the glass bed's dimensions (235 x 235 x 4 mm) fit perfectly on my printer, providing ample surface area for my prints. The tempered glass construction ensures durability and stability during printing. One of the standout features of this glass bed is its compatibility with PETG filament. When printing with PETG, the filament adheres securely to the glass bed, from 60 C in my setup . I typically run the bed at 65 degrees Celsiusfirst layer and then down to 60 for the rest of the print , and I have experienced excellent adhesion throughout the printing process. It becomes nearly impossible to remove the printed objects when the bed is hot, which is a testament to the bed's effectiveness. What I appreciate most is how the prints effortlessly release from the glass bed once it cools down. This eliminates the need for excessive force or scraping, resulting in clean and undamaged prints. The smooth structured surface of the glass bed also contributes to the overall print quality, providing a flat and even base for precise prints. I of course do not use any glue or hairspray. Just a clean bed and I clean it between prints . While I have not tested other glass beds for my 3D printer, I can confidently say that this product exceeds my expectations for PETG printing. It delivers consistent and reliable adhesion, ensuring successful prints every time. I would like to commend the seller for the quick shipping and excellent packaging. The product arrived in perfect condition, ready for immediate use. In conclusion, I highly recommend the "Improved Tempered Glass Plate with Bed Clips" for anyone seeking a reliable and efficient glass bed for their 3D printer, particularly for PETG printing. I am thoroughly satisfied with this purchase and would gladly give it a full score for its outstanding performance. Thank you to the seller for providing such a fantastic product!

Excelente producto y calidad

Probably will damage your nozzle if not calibrated right
Since it’s made of glass and therefore much more hard and brittle than the standard one you’re given you have to have the absolute most accurate precision when levelling your printers bed in order to avoid damage to the nozzle - something I learned the hard way.
