Super quality and user ease.
Our old tv was dying and we found this tv on sale. It did take awhile to deliver, but well within the estimated delivery timeframe. Delivery was handled carefully and unboxing requires two people. The packaging provided holders for the tv to allow easier access to ports, etc. The picture is crystal clear with bright colors and real life view. User interface is easy to follow and instructions well written. Highly recommend and a super tv for the money!

Highly recommend
TV is fantastic. Great picture quality AND controls. I hate motion blur and HDR when watching anything with tons of VFX, action shots or films/TV before the 00s, and this TV allows you to turn off all those features that are unfortunately built into most new TVs. This has a filmmaker mode so it's an easy adjustment or you can tweak individual controls. This matters! Why else are we spending more than $300 on a 65", ya know? LG is superior, own just one and you'll see.

Excellent...except for the remote
I wish I could give 4-1/2 stars.... The picture is bright and beautiful. It handles sports and auto racing without a hitch. Color is brilliant and customizable. Easy enough to set up, but documentation is sorely lacking......... the "Manual" doesn't tell you much, and no info on line for the 2025 models. And the manual for the remote is useless. Occasionally when I turn it on, the sound had changed the setting back to the internal speakers rather than the Sony AV receiver that I have connected. All on its own....A bit annoying, but simple enough to correct. WORST thing about it is the remote......... I do not like the sound up/down/mute bar.......... Needs a separate Mute button. And, due to the lack of a number pad, you are unable to set up Quick Access to your favorite apps. Again, annoying. But, I had to kiss a few other frogs before finding this Princess........ 2/12/2026 Update..... After several ongoing issues between the TV and the remote, I have changed to the Amazon FireTV Stick.... All remote issues disappeared. There are still a few functions that require the LG remote, so I keep it within reach.

So far so good.
The picture is good. although maybe you can get something better in a more expensive set. 120Hz refresh. The sound is very good, though not breathtaking. There is a mode for speech clarity you might like if hard of hearing. I think they are correcting the compression. Best feature: the stand can be set up in different widths, (see photo of the back) not just out at the ends you don't need an extra wide table. (65" version) This feature is not on many current models. There is a red standby LED on the front. In your living room it won't matter much but was annoying in the bedroom. But it is easy to turn off with the setup tools. People complain about the mute, but actually it works okay even on the LG magic remote (they may have improved it along the way.) However, I mostly use my Directv universal remote, which has a conventional mute. Works fine. The first LG remote code for Directv works fine. I turned off the data collection, which i recommend you do too. The point and click feature of the remote is actually fun, although I probably won't use it once set up. Uses less than half the electricity of my 46" Bravia. Seems a lot lighter too. If you are going to wall mount, you are going to need some helpers and probably need to be kinda handy. The overall size is considerable if you're trying to maneuver it.

You CANNOT mute this TV with one click.
The TV itself is fine. DO NOT buy this TV if you expect to be able to mute the volume. You CAN'T. The remote cannot be used to mute the TV with one click. The remote shows a picture of the mute symbol, but when you press the volume button, it does not mute. You have to hold the rocker town to get to mute one volume number at a time. I spent HOURS researching and emailing them and nothing can be done. I will never buy another LG TV again, nor any other branch that doesn't mute from the remote in one click. They suggest you can use Alexa to mute - you hold down the Alexa button, WAIT for it to acknowledge you with the the blue line across the bottom of the screen, then it may or may not hear you ask for mute, even if only a few feet away. You can use their remote app on your phone, for free, but wait - the mute button on this app does not work unless you pay $39.95 per year!!! You can go to the LG app to mute, but only one person can use it unless you grant permission in a very complex way. Even then, when you need to mute, you have to face ID or log into your phone, navigate to their app and then mute. By then the annoying reason you wanted to mute has passed. I even asked AI - WHY??? They said that LG is "going in this direction based on consumer feedback" - from WHO? Certainly no one who watches football. The football channels have very few commercials that are played at EVERY single break and no one wants to hear them that often. WHY was this done? I even asked LG AND Amazon if I could return the TV. No response from LG and Amazon said that I could have a full refund and return the TV (now hanging on my wall, not easy to do when all the packaging is already gone), OR, I could have a "partial refund and keep the TV". Why would they do that? How much of a partial refund you ask - $75.49. Why? Because it is exactly the amount you need to buy a DIFFERENT remote with mute. That says this is a known issue. Please tell me that having no mute button is not the future of our smart TV watching. That is not smart - that sets us back 100 years.
