Great product
I love this product, including the powdered sweetener and the syrup. I was surprised to see that erythritol was replaced with allulose. I had no idea that was happening. I have researched the new sweetener and it sounds like a better alternative. This is the only sweetener that I have found that does not trigger a desire to eat only products with sugar in them.

Absolutely no bitter aftertaste! Really!
This is the best Stevia I have ever taken. I have been using Splenda because the bitter aftertaste I got with Stevia was unacceptable. Pyure Organic has no bitter aftertaste at all. It is amazing. I use it in both my iced and hot tea and my baking. I love it. I will say that the liquid version does have the same bitter aftertaste so I only use the granular.

Dissolves easy and taste good too.
I bought Pyure to use instead of sugar because my husband is being treated for cancer. I used this in tea after I tried it in a drink I had at my Daughter's home at Christmas. I am very impressed with that the Pyure dissolves very easily and has no after taste to me like other sugar substitutes. I will also be trying it in baked products too.

Love this blend. It's the best substitute I have found. While it is spendy, compared to other similar options, it's the best value i have found.

They’ve changed it recently. No longer very sweet. New edit to review. Back to normal.
My wife has been using this for years as her preferred sugar substitute. It’s really sweet and as good tasting as sugar substitute can be. The last couple of bags I’ve bought have been WAY below the mark. I suppose it’s their version of shrinkflation. Same size, just less sweetener per bag, more filler. Before, two level teaspoons would make a large mug of coffee or tea really sweet. Not anymore. Now it’s 4-5 teaspoons to even get the sweetness. Maybe I just got a couple of bad batches, but unlikely being a couple months apart. Bummer. Well, just got a new batch and it’s back to normal. Hopefully we just got a couple of bad batches that weren’t mixed well.

Love Pyure as a sugar substitute!!
We love Pyure as a 0 calorie sweetener. No aftertaste, it tastes like sugar and bakes well as long as we mix it well.
