Works great on my beard. The bristle softness is just right. Made in Germany so that is a plus in my book. The cleaning tool is very useful. Out of the box it has an unusual odor but don't let that dissuade you putchasing this. It's inoffensive odor that goes away after you wash it the first time. I encourage you not to be put off by that or suprised when you get it.

Two nice brushes. I keep one in my travel kit and one in my car. They are both small but the quality is good and the bristles don't shed.

I have been questing for a bear brush that I actually like. My beard/mustache are on the soft side. Not coarse at all. And I have ridiculously sensitive skin to boot. I've tried a variety of brushes, some claiming to be soft, which were more like sandpaper or a wire brush. I have never found one that I actually LIKED. Until now. These are perfect. They are stiff enough to actually go through my beard but not so stiff as to take my face off along the way. It's the Goldilocks Story of beard brushes. Just right. I love the two different styles of brush. Both would travel well, but the non-handled one is great for tossing in a backpack for a quick groom at work or whatever. The quality is great. They are beautiful brushes and feel good in the hand. This would, indeed, make a great gift for someone. They make stiffer brushes for the grizzly bears, too. ;) Highly recommend. Buy it. You won't be sorry.

Great product. My beard is short and tight so soft bristle was the way to go for me. Seems durable so far, I haven’t been particularly easy on it and it still looks new.

I had a problem with my first order and the customer service was faultless sent a replacement speedily. The item looks premium and quality. Comes in a black box tissue paper ontop and item enclosed in a cushioned case. I purchased the soft bristle but if you do have a thick or coarse beard I would recommend the stiff bristles. I have not had any haira fall out and can see the item lasting many many years. I keep one brush in my car and the other at home. I find the brush cleaner a handy tool. Although it is on the dearer side you are getting a quality item.
