This Sichuan hot pot soup base tastes very authentic and full of flavour. The spice level is perfect and has that classic Szechuan kick without being overwhelming. It’s easy to prepare and creates a rich, aromatic broth that’s great with meat, seafood, and vegetables. Definitely feels like proper Chinese hot pot at home. Would happily buy again! 🌶️🍲

Ich hätte so schnell wie möglich eine Rezension schreiben sollen, aber ich war mit meiner Schularbeit beschäftigt. So, jetzt geht's los. Zunächst einmal ist der chinesische Hotpot etwas, das ich in meinem Land zweimal pro Woche gegessen habe. Einige Zeit lang habe ich diesen Geschmack vermisst, weil ich an einem Ort lebe, an dem man ihn nicht täglich bekommen kann. Wenn ich einen Eintopf essen will, muss ich eine lange Reise in eine größere Stadt machen. Mit dieser einfach zuzubereitenden Suppenbasis kann ich sie in meinem Wohnheim mit Gemüse und Fleisch genießen. Der Geschmack von früher und dieser Suppenbasis ist fast derselbe, sogar besser, muss ich sagen. Zusammenfassend kann ich sagen, dass mir die Verpackung und der Geschmack sehr gut gefallen. Es entspricht meinen Geschmacksnerven. Fünf Sterne!!!

Good stuff. But man only use one. I did two in a big pot because I couldn’t taste the heat at first BIIIIIGGG mistake lol. Otherwise very good. Good heat, good flavor

We’ve enjoyed using these as a hot pot base, we tend to double concentration by adding two blocks and some extra sichuan peppercorns. Good value for money compared to the Asian markets near us. Flavoursome good quality bases.
