This eye mask is amazing. It is soft and comfortable. It stays cold about 20 minutes. It was perfect after my eye surgery.

Easy to use. Great fit as it covers over the head/eyes. Has a little bit of weight to it but just enough so it's comfortable. Great to use for sinus issues, colds, flu, headache relief. Very sturdy and great proce point! Glad my coworker reccomended this to me!

Its nice and big, keeps out noise and light so I appreciate that. The first time I tried it was so cold. I did get used to it. It does wuat it is supposed to do.

Love this eye mask! If you have headaches and/or dizziness at times, try this mask. This is not medical advice, just personal experience. It is truly a blessing to me! It is comfortable, cooling and darkens the room. If there is anything I would say to consider when purchasing and it isn’t even a consideration to me but if you have long hair, the Velcro can pull in a few strands of your hair but if you are looking for relief, this is the one that works for me. Cooking eye mask is soft and stays cold! I had surgery on my eye and this was such a blessing for my eye. It keeps your eye cool and does not freeze it. It works and helps decrease inflammation with its cooling effect. It stays cold for a while! It fits great!

I love this eye mask. The cooling is great and I like that it covers a good portion of the face and behind the head. It also has just a little weight which is nice. The fabric is soft and silky feeling. It’s great for headaches or just relaxing.

Feels great right out of the fridge. Too cold for me out of the freezer, but ymmv. Nice design with the wrap and Velcro.

Buy multiple if you want to use them for more than 10 minutes. They don’t stay cold. Come out of the freezer too cold to use, but quickly loose any effectiveness. You have about a 7-10 minute window you can use it. Works wonders for migraines 10 minutes at a time.

I love to put this mask on in the evening. It's good to cool your forehead before sleep and they feel lovely on. Not sure how to clean it though. And I wish they could invent one that retained it's cool, but that seems impossible.

This mask really works. It is thick and heavy but much like a weighted blanket, it feels good. And so nice and cool. I only use it after visiting the bathroom in early morning and what a blessing. I can now go right back to sleep. It completely keeps the light out.
