these are a full coverage, cools your temples too. tension headaches and sore eyes love this. it has a nice comfy wight to it for a face. they block out the light while you relax in cool comfort. its soft on your face, and unlike a bag of ice, i dont need to worry about a proper cloth to protect my skin and uneven cooling. i suffer eye redness from seasonal allergies and get some headaches from it all. this also works to cool you down when you over did the hot weather. this will ease you and settle the red eyes, cool down the mind and relax you out of the allergy anxiety. I even like to put it around the back of my neck, cool down the stress there. a nice non medication way to help yourself.

Easy to use. Great fit as it covers over the head/eyes. Has a little bit of weight to it but just enough so it's comfortable. Great to use for sinus issues, colds, flu, headache relief. Very sturdy and great proce point! Glad my coworker reccomended this to me!

I have chronic migraines and neck issues, I decided to try this item because it can be used cold or heated. I feel it is a great product. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I wish it stayed cold longer. However, I believe the product description may touch on the time frame of the product

Love this eye mask! If you have headaches and/or dizziness at times, try this mask. This is not medical advice, just personal experience. It is truly a blessing to me! It is comfortable, cooling and darkens the room. If there is anything I would say to consider when purchasing and it isn’t even a consideration to me but if you have long hair, the Velcro can pull in a few strands of your hair but if you are looking for relief, this is the one that works for me. Nice and cool, it’s fit perfect

Cooking eye mask is soft and stays cold! I had surgery on my eye and this was such a blessing for my eye. It keeps your eye cool and does not freeze it. It works and helps decrease inflammation with its cooling effect. It stays cold for a while! It fits great!

Feels soft and comfortable but after I remove if from freezer it only stays cold for approximately 12-14 minutes. Wish it stayed cold longer

I love to put this mask on in the evening. It's good to cool your forehead before sleep and they feel lovely on. Not sure how to clean it though. And I wish they could invent one that retained it's cool, but that seems impossible.

This mask really works. It is thick and heavy but much like a weighted blanket, it feels good. And so nice and cool. I only use it after visiting the bathroom in early morning and what a blessing. I can now go right back to sleep. It completely keeps the light out.
