Eleven carbs at one meal is really high for me, but I eliminated the carbs from my dinner (and only needed a light dinner because the protein kept me full all day). Forty-seven grams of protein in one meal with under 400 calories is a trainer's dream!! I've also tried Quest's barbeque flavor chips, sour cream and cheddar chips, and taco flavored tortilla chips which are as low in carbs and high in protein. The barbeque flavor really is like eating a regular barbeque flavored potato chip, and the taco flavored tortilla chips really taste great - like eating a taco!
