Smells so good! I used 12 vanilla beans with 1 litre vodka to make vanilla extract. Great quality beans packaged air tight. Waiting a few months before using the extract which last a couple years for my baking needs.

They were sealed air-tight (vacuum?) to avoid oxidation, keeping all the flavor and good stuff in. Truly fragrant and beautiful, so whether you're making scones or extract, I'd recommend!
