Small engine Battery
Quality battery and easy to use. Great size and weight. Cranked up the bike right way with power.

High quality highly recommended
I ordered this battery and put it in my motorcycle. It's still working great after 3 years.

Great battery for a great price
Amazon does it again. I got this battery for 10% less during the motorsport promotion. It was already the cheapest price around and this made it a no brainer. I had been holding off replacing my battery but I figured the beginning of the season was a good time to change it out. It came in a few days and I don't know how they ship it with the acid, but it's so convenient. The bottle fits perfectly into the holes and the caps become the protecting cap on the battery. One interesting thing is how the terminal nut and bolt works. I had and older battery which only required a bolt because there wa sthreading on the terminal itself. Now it looks like they have replaced this with a nut and bolt. It makes it a little harder to thread on attachments like pigtails, but with a little patience and dexterity it's not that hard. I guess it is better in case you ever lose threading it's easier to replace the nut instead of the entire terminal/battery. Anyway, the bike is starting up very smoothly now even in the unseasonably crappy cold water. I do have it attached at all times to the Battery Tender 021-0123 Battery Tender Junior 12V Battery Charger .

Good Battery
Arrived on time, works quite well and was an exact match for my bike. It's best to get this style with the acid separate so you know you are getting a fresh battery. The only complaint would be the acid didn't go in to the battery as per the instructions, I had to lightly squeeze the bottles (with gloves and eye protection on) to get it to go. I did wait about 30 minutes for it to go on its own and I did try tapping the top as the instructions detailed. Overall, happy with the battery and it is going strong.

worth every penny
This is the Battery that came on my 2018 Aprilia RSV4 from the factory. It worked perfectly for 6 years and just recently started to lose a bit of charge. It has never left me stranded. I ordered the same one to replace my OEM one. I can't say anything more except this is a quality battery and gives you ears of performance.

The extra cost is definitely worth it...
I've been a certified powersports mechanic since 1997, on Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Yamaha, [Cannondale], Bombardier/Sea-Doo and Polaris; maintain, repair and modify my own machines; and have seen the results of many, many customers' choices when it comes to battery maintenance systems on their bikes (not really charging systems in the technical sense)... Yuasa is an OEM battery for Big Four Japanese factories for a reason. There is a camp that claims Interstate or other discount battery outfit is just as good, and some of their arguments have merit, such as plates for Yuasa and Interstate sharing the same suppliers. The difference though, is in the specs that Yuasa specifies building their branded batteries to... and it proves its worth in the field. I used a Christie charger for all my battery jobs at all my dealers in Arizona, as it varies current/voltage during the charging process -- I prepped according to battery manufacturer's instructions without exception, and used the best charging equipment available at the time, so those variables can be omitted. So what does that prove? In the sum total of my time as a tech prepping, testing, and swapping batteries, Yuasa stands as the brand that brought in the least jobs. I am not claiming these batteries are idiot-proof -- neglect/abuse of componentry, esp connections and wiring, will kill any battery... and I'm not claiming all Interstates (just for example) are crap, while all Yuasas are faultless, as I've seen some Interstates survive grueling abuse and come out with enough potential to keep their riders rolling, and some stranding Yuasas. But in all the situations, on all the bikes that both these brands install in... there is only one brand I'd buy with my own money, and it's Yuasa. Heat and vibration are the enemy of all electrical components, batteries esp. Yuasas have proven again and again that someone is sweating the details. It won't perform miracles if you prep it poorly, or charge it with a barely passable charger, or hook it up to a badly-neglected stator/rectifier/wiring. But if you do due diligence, it is sure not to let you down when you need it most. 2000 SV650S, stock rectifier swapped for '05 ZX10R MOSFET rectifer; upgraded wiring and heavier gauge on stator legs, all bullet connectors silicone-booted; all block connectors swapped for weatherproof watercraft versions. My Yuasa has a quite happy home, and deserves it. ;)
