Easy to install (says you need a drill, I did fine with just a screwdriver), and they are sturdy once attached to the wall. They look great, and don't feel cheap or thin. Definitely happy with my purchase!I did wish either the hex key slot was just a little bit further out from the wall, to be able to get a full turn in when screwing in the tightening screw. This was still quite manageable though.Kudos in particular for the packaging, pieces came separated into compartments in a pouch of thick material kind of like a shower curtain liner. This kept them from banging against each other and dinging/scuffing during transit, which was appreciated!

Good looking towel bar that was easy to install. I particularly liked the measuring sheet included so I could mark the wall exactly where the brackets should go to insure perfect installation. That was super easy. Amazingly I was able to install both brackets using only my pocket multi-tool which saved me getting out other tools. My Victorinox tool is a bit bulky to carry around given all the tools included, but way worth it when a project like this comes up. I could mark the hole locations through the provided measuring sheet, 'drill' them into the drywall to install the screw anchors, screw in the philips head screws, and then attach the outer bracket with the towel bar and tighten the tiny screws that hold them in place. I prefer to attach the outer brackets with the little tighteners facing up since it makes later repair or replacement much easier and these are barely noticeable. The outer brackets can be installed either up or down as is your preference. The inserted bar fits securely with no wiggling and looks stylish. Very pleased with this purchase.

Nice looking at a good price, but I'm giving three stars because the towel bar length didn't match the template so I had to undo where I'd mounted the brackets using the template and move the brackets to fit the towel bars.I bought two towel bars, and both didn't match their templates. The male towel bar doesn't slide all the way in to the female ends like they should, so I had to move one bracket 3/8"
