When I first looked into buying a cold brew maker, I really liked the style and when I had received it, it was really easy to use. Within three months, I had to replace the filter as the meshing started to break away from the plastic; and within five months, one of the ceiling mechanism parts broke. I was able to get a replacement filter, but the other piece that broke, there’s no replacement part for me to purchase. Knowing this, I wouldn’t purchase it again. Total bummer. UPDATE: I needed to include an update because the company reached out to me directly in order to find out which pieces of the product were inferior. They were so easy to work with that. I had to update my review star rating for the product. . I updated them from a three star to a five star due to their willingness to rectify their product with me as a consumer.

The tiny plastic hinge breaks extremely easily. Otherwise works well

I love it it’s amazing. I just make it and then it’s done, but I love it.

Been using this for months and it makes great cold brew coffee. Laying it sideways is a gamble once i hit the latch on the lip of the fridge and had a nasty spill. I would def recommend the purchase though. Really pleased with how easy it is to use. 40 oz doesn’t last too long though lol

It is water tight. I placed it on its side to steep and no leaks. My only suggestions are to remove the handle and mold it into the body (it takes up a lot of room for no reason) and put the markings for the ground coffee on the inside of the filter as well as the outside.
