I love the size.  It is perfect to carry novels and notebooks.  The quality of my bag wasn't really defected, it was more of just smashed up.  The color it a lot darker than I expected, but that is really not a problem.  In the picture the bag looks grey with a more noticeable texture, but it is almost black.

This bag is exactly as described, arrived quickly.  Same quality of material as my "expensive/ non-defective"  31 bag.  The tote which I received did not contained the white lines/ghosting defect ~ even if it had, this bag would still be a great value and the interior condition would not have detracted from tote.  Would buy this bag again - the size is perfect & it's hard to find them in "neutral" patterns & colors.
