This matcha is not good. I pretty much only use matcha to make lattes. I’ve purchased and enjoyed Naoki’s first spring blend, so I was hopeful about the culinary blend based on my experience and others’ reviews. It is truly a culinary blend and should not be used for lattes, even though it’s advertised that way. The matcha powder is more yellow than green and practically tasteless.

Disappointment! Didn’t taste as good as the recommendation said given the good brand

It seemed to be high quality powder, fresh, and strong flavor, but the only downside was the bag had a huge crease in the bottom and was difficult to get all the product out when i transferred to a different container.
