I pretty much only use matcha to make lattes. I’ve purchased and enjoyed Naoki’s first spring blend, so I was hopeful about the culinary blend based on my experience and others’ reviews. It is truly a culinary blend and should not be used for lattes, even though it’s advertised that way.
