To install the trim around the center console I adhered the lights to the carpeting with velcro adhesive. That worked like a charm and provided a clean and secure install. I also used some clear command hooks to secure some parts as well. Although it would look even cooler with them installed on the doors, I didn't want to install it with the wires exposed when the doors are open. There might be a technique to install it more cleanly but I think the lights are bright enough that it reflects off of the doors already. Even though these are only trim lights, they are bright enough to also serve as wheelwell lights. While installing them in my garage with the lights on, the lights didn't seem that bright. I didn't expect them to be nearly as bright as those interior LED strip light kits. But at night I was surprised they were pretty bright and I was happy with the way they looked. I might need to tone down the brightness even to reduce any glare on the windshield. There was plenty of fiber to cover my car. I like how the lights have so many options of colors, brightness, and light sequences. It can be controlled by the included RF remote as well as from an app on your phone. Both work really well. The only thing i didn't like was how the lights always turn on by default whenever you start the car. I'd have to press the off button on the remote each time. The seller did work with me and went above and beyond by suggesting using a cigarette adapter with separate power buttons that would allow me to turn off/on the socket.
