If You Sit All Day, This Chair Is 100% Worth It
I’ll be honest—I was a little hesitant to order this chair because there weren’t many reviews, but I am so glad I took the chance. This chair has honestly exceeded my expectations in every way. I’m 27 and deal with chronic back pain, and after years of poor posture, I had actually lost the natural curve in my lumbar spine. I work a remote desk job and because of that, finding a chair with real lumbar support was extremely important to me. This chair delivers exactly that. The lumbar support is absolutely amazing and provides incredible comfort throughout the day. My back feels supported in all the right places, and the difference it makes during long work hours is huge. One of the best things about this chair is how adjustable it is. The backrest, lumbar support, and even the seat itself can all be adjusted, which makes it easy to customize for different body types, heights, and sitting preferences. It truly feels like a premium ergonomic chair designed to fit almost anyone. I love how universal it feels while still giving such personalized support. The build quality is also excellent. The chair feels very sturdy and well-made. The armrests do move side to side a bit, but I think that’s because they are designed to be adjustable, not because the chair feels flimsy. I also want to mention something that almost kept me from buying it: some reviews said the lumbar support doesn’t lock. That’s actually not true—it does lock, just not in the traditional way. As you move it up, down, or front to back, you’ll hear clicking sounds. Those clicks are the locking points, so once it reaches the perfect position, you simply stop there. If you move it too far, it resets back to the bottom, which is actually helpful when you want to lower it again. Once I figured that out, it worked perfectly. The only small downside is that it took me watching a few videos to fully understand how every adjustment worked, just because there are so many great features. But honestly, that’s more of a learning curve than a flaw. For the price, this chair is an incredible value. Chairs with this level of ergonomic support and adjustability can easily cost well over $1,000, so this feels like an absolute steal. If you work from home, deal with back pain, or just want a truly supportive office chair, I highly recommend this one.

STAY AWAY from this poor quality chair.
I was original excited about this chair. But the chair feels like a mixture of stainless steel and very cheap plastic. After 3 months the back rest broke and no longer stays up. The headrest is finicky and doesn’t always stay in the set position. Have tried to contact the manufacturer twice with no response. Stay clear and don’t listen to the video reviews on YouTube saying how nice this chair is. I guarantee they never used the chair after the video was completed.

Comfortable but issues with headrest - *Resolved
* Company sent a new headrest, and it is much better. Great communication with the company. Kept in touch with me. Great chair and has solved my back pain after switching to this chair. Highly recommend. Overall, my back pain has been going away after having it about a week. Unfortunately, the headrest is extremely loose and wobbles constantly. No way to tighten it. I have reached out to the company and will update when I get it resolved. The chair arms are also loose. But, I would think this is probably normal. Somewhat annoying, but I can live with it. Wish the back mechanism would click forward one more. Main purpose for purchasing was my back pain from my previous chair. My back is definitely getting better.

Very cheaply made and will not last.
Do not buy this chair. I have had it for 14 months now. Its comfort features are deceptive. It does have a pretty good lean back, but it makes you feel like you can tip over if you're on one side too much. The headrest will constantly drop with use, causing me to have to readjust it once or twice a week. And the worst offender is that this chair is very, very loud. Adjusting anything, whether it be the head rest, the arm rests, or even the foot rests all emit a significant amount of noise. If you plan to use this during any calls make sure to mute yourself briefly while you readjust. But those were all things that, while annoying, I could live with. The reason why I have returned to create this review after 14 months is because the lever used to allow the chair to lean back is now non-functional. My chair is stuck in a perpetual leaning back position, making it practically useless for work. I now have a $1000 chair in my office that I cannot use for office work. This chair, while full of nice features, is very clearly cheaply made. While it can get the job done, for the money it is hardly worth it. Avoid this at all costs. About 3 months in it began squeaking like no tomorrow. I could overlook it because I don't typically swivel much when seated, especially when leaving all the way back, but it is very noticeable.
