Everything is nice and sturdy but the size of the ball isn’t all that great for pilates. The price is great for the quality and amount of items included.

I love this kit. The poster for exercises is great, the bands are awesome. The ball is the perfect size for wall exercises. It's the ring I struggle with only because I am a petite person and the ring seems to be ment for a normal size person. Over all I have recommended this to quite a few friends!

Great value and easy to utilize for your Pilates practice. Packaged came with a nice sturdy ring, cards and squishy ball. The color is cute. Everything is comfortable and highly functional.

This was the perfect starter kit for my home studio! The colors are gorgeous. The ball is easy to inflate. No complaints. Delivery took a while, even with prime but it was worth the wait!
