I'm allergic to PPD — is this product safe for me?

This product is free from PPD, ammonia, resorcinol, parabens, SLS, propylene glycol, and hydrogen peroxide. However, individuals with PPD allergies may still react to similar ingredients. We recommend performing a patch test 48 hours before each use.

Why does the color appear blue or purple right after rinsing?

A slight blue or purple tint on the first day is normal with natural dyes and will gradually shift to its true color within 24–48 hours. The color also tends to deepen with each subsequent application.

The color washed out quickly. What went wrong?

Make sure your hair is completely dry and free of oils or conditioners before applying. After rinsing, avoid shampooing for at least 24 hours. Using a sulfate-free shampoo also helps extend color longevity.

The smell during application is strong. Is this normal?

Yes, a herbal scent during application is normal and will fully dissipate after rinsing thoroughly with warm water.

Why is my hair dry or breaking after repeated use?

Leaving the product on beyond the recommended time can cause dryness and breakage. Follow the 7–10 minute timing for each cream strictly, and use a moisturizing conditioner or hair mask regularly to maintain hair health.
