This may be because they are not made from almond or coconut flour but instead of modified wheat starch and vital wheat gluten. It’s a bit controversial whether it should be considered “keto” and instead it should be labeled “Low Carb”.The flavor , taste and texture are absolutely fabulous and they are easily made by just adding water.
