Watch out, Tom Collins!
Great for a lemon soda or even better in a Tom Collins. Double-up your lemon flavors with this syrup. (Gin, strup, fresh-squeezed lemon juice, soda water). Throw in a dash of SSC's lavender or ginger syrup, too.

Toasted, not bright
I bought the lemon syrup to make single-serving lemonade. It has a nice flavor, although I was expecting more of a "bright" citrus flavor rather than the muted, almost "toasted" flavor of this syrup. It's still a nice flavor, and I'll be using it for baked goods, but it isn't quite right for the usage I intended.

Very tasty
My husband has been using this for years in the sauces he makes to accompany fish and chicken dishes. He loves working with it, and I love the tasty results!
