**Q: Is this used for spickets like garden hoses that won’t come off the pipe?**
A: No. this tool is akin to a socket wrench to open snd close the valve in the silcock (spigot). it you can’t get you hose off the spigot, try a pair of adjustable pliers (channel locks).
