They are not as puffed up as the major brand which gives them a nice crunch that I prefer. One thing to be aware of is that they crumble easily. I actually like this because pretty quickly they break into small pieces similar to popcorn which is another advantage to me.

**Q: since I haven’t ordered them yet I cannot see the expiration date on the tamari seaweed ones. What is it?**
A: Since the date codes will change as supply moves, it's hard to know what the Best Before Date will actually be before it ships. The shelf-life of all of our rice cakes is 12 months and there generally is 10-6 months remaining once they are sold.

**Q: Is the rice cakes pack still 12 individual bags of 13 cakes per bag? Thanks!**
A: It’s at least 12 cakes in each bag...I thought it was an even amount but it could be 13.

My new favorite rice cake. I like the whole grain wild rice taste of these cakes. They have just the right amount of salt for my taste. Arrived intact and fresh. Great crunch! These rice cakes are my fave. My grocery store stopped selling these cakes to default to the typical sweet products. I'm so happy to find and eat them again. In fact I'm crunching on one of these tasty rice cakes now
