Such an improvement from my college days playing football and wrestling. This jock is not intended for contact sports, but it is really good for light athletics, bike riding, gym. I get chafing from regular jock straps because they do not hold your penis and balls aways from your legs. Your legs are damp and I develop a rash. This jock pulls your penis and balls away from you legs and lets air circulate and you are much dryer down there. I don't have a rash problem any more. Also I only ware boxer shorts which also helps.
