While doing some research, I read about Huperzine A. My mom had been experiencing some mild cognitive impairment, so I ordered some to give it a try. I'm really glad I did! The tablets are very small, round tablets, that are beige in color, and are very easy for mom to swallow. Good Memory Supplement. Huperzine A improves memory and cognitive function by increasing levels of acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter important for learning and memory. Pill size is good. We take 2 times a week as more than that could have side effects. This is a great supplement. We have noticed a difference. Take for 6 months then a small break and we will go back to using it again after the break. Helps with aging.

I can't say my memory has improved because of huperzine, but it has improved since taking it. I will we reordering.
