Hello, does the screen turn on or turn off when car is off? (1) Please check the connection as the description showed. Please do not connect ABCD at the same time. If you are using the canbus, please connect C and D, disconnect A and B. If your car does not need a canbus, please disconnect C and D, connect A and B (2) Remove the Canbus, and check if it can turn off now. (3) Turn off you car, please use a multimeter and check if there is leaking of red wire (ACC) of power cable. Please confirm the interface (wiring) definition is one-to-one correspondence to the original plug, you can check the definition of power cable through: Car settings - device port If there is leaking of red wire (ACC) of power cable, please pull out the red ACC wire and connect to your car ACC separately. (4) If you are using the canbus, please turn off your car and use a multimeter to check if there is leaking of canbus (red cable of canbus connector).
