Grat, fast computer
Just what it advertised. Powerful, fast. Laplink set up new computer quickly. Nice. Job. It loads and opens apps in a second or two. Not like the old one thatook minutes. I would highly recommend this compurer!

Very Happy with this computer tower - Good value!
This is a great choice for a replacement computer. It's built well, fairly easy to set-up and transfer files. U-Tube can actually help a lot when confusion sets in - LOL! It is working as intended and expected. We both use Microsoft Office and it was a bonus to have it included for lifetime. It connect to wifi beautifully and does everything we need it to do at a fast speed.

Really great.
Instant mail. My old desktop took about 30 seconds to bring up my mail. So frustrating! Now it's instant!

Good computer but a couple of shortcomings
Good computer, unfortunately I didn't realize that it didn't have a built in speaker and in order to have two monitors one has to use the old pin connector.

(HP Envy Desktop PC Tower, Intel 20-Core i7-14700(Up to 5.4GHz), Office Lifetime, 64GB RAM, 4TB SSD, 2TB HDD, Windows 11 Pro, Intel UHD Graphics 770, External DVD Drive, Wi-Fi 6, W/Accessories) The system arrived ahead of schedule and exactly as described, with all hardware and software pre-installed as promised. It worked perfectly right out of the box and has performed flawlessly for the past three weeks. The pricing was exceptionally competitive—I found it to be a better value than similar builds with fewer accessories elsewhere. Based on this experience, I highly recommend this seller as reliable and trustworthy.

A Very Useful Upgraded Computer System
HP System personalized with increases of Ram, SSD, HDD. The unit works great. Minor condition of non working mouse was quickly reconciled with a replacement within a few days. Great system updgrade which works well for me. Very useful functionality not provided directly by HP but offered by Empowered PC. Good provider communication and responsive to a relatively minor problem.
