Good for hikers
I do a great deal of hiking, sometimes going more than twenty miles a day in the heat, and will occasionally end up with a rash between my legs. It isn't as before I switched away from cotton briefs, but it does still occur now and again. I like to keep a small shaker of this in my pack to dry up when this happens. Basically, if I feel a rash coming on, I'll powder my inner thighs/crotch area and it will stop things from getting out of hand. The cool sensation helps numb any existing aggravated skin, which is a plus over the standard Gold Bond. As a caveat, though, it is pretty potent stuff, so you may want to just go with the extra strength (the green bottle) instead if you have sensitive skin or your rash is already pretty far advanced. I'll also use this on my feet when switching socks to help keep blisters down. I use two layers of socks, a liner and an outer sock, and though the liners are soft they are also snug, so this helps me slide them on my feet. Naturally the skin of your feet is less sensitive than that of your inner thigh, so here the Maximum Strength is probably okay for just about anyone.

Best thing for tired, achy, stinky feet.
I'm on my feet around 14-16 hours a day in all weather, so needless to say I'm going to have issues with sweat or moisture in my shoes. This stuff keeps my boots from smelling awful and provides much needed cooling relief to my tired, achy feet and ankles. There's a lot of it so it lasts a really long time. I appreciate the cooling effect a lot more in the summer than in the winter, but at the end of a 14 hour day it's so much nicer than not having it. I also sprinkle a little in my shoes and boots under the insoles while they're stored to prevent any mold or that old shoe smell. Put a little in your socks before putting them on to keep your feet cool and dry all day. You'll leave white footprints everywhere you go, but your feet will smell and feel fantastic!

Must have if you wear tight shoes for long hours
Very mild scent which I like. You wouldn't want people to think you're trying to mask a dead body smell, although it's just the stink of your feet. Luckily, I don't have that stink of a problem. It's just that I wear sneakers all day everyday at work, and I net around 10k-12k steps each day. With this powder on, my feet sweat a lot less! The sweat from wearing tight shoes for long hours is almost gone. I guess it makes me feel less dirty. My feet are also less tired. But I don't know if it's a placebo effect or what. Haha. I sprinkle a little inside my socks so it doesn't smear white powder all over my shoes. And it works for me!
