The product seems solid. I was sent to arms That would need to face the same direction. Meaning that the grips won’t align as one would be upside down. I’ve been trying to reach customer service to get a replacement of one of the handles to no avail. Product seems good if you get the right product.Notice in the picture, the hole for the pin faces forward only when both facing the same direction. There are not holes on the back for the lock pin, so it needs to face forward. I could flip one of the handles around with the pin, steel facing forward, but then the grips will be spun opposite.With the pin facing the back, it'll hit the rack and the rubber bumper provided would serve no purpose.Update. They replaced the product no problem. Love it.

If you’re looking to buy these, beware that there is nothing holding the arms from going in and dumping the weight when you were loading plates. I Had a 45 pound plate on it and was adding another 45 pound plate and the arm shifted inwards and dump the plates landing on my foot. Broke my foot and three places and completely shattered the bones in my big toe and had to have a lot of stitches to put the toe back together. This Purchase has caused me a lot of money in medical bills. Just beware this is a bad design and can potentially be very dangerous. There needs to be something to keep the arms from moving inward when loading the plates to make this safer.

When you need to tear down the chest muscles, but you're afraid of not having a spotter. These are great. Unfortunately you don't get the maximum weight in the beginning of the push because they work on gravity but just to tear down the muscle that much further. They work great

All I had to do after putting on my rack was add the handles

I like them a lot it was a good addition to my power rack, they are very smooth and easy to assemble. I am unsure on the weight capacity though and would like to know.

This is a heavy duty piece of equipment and well made but use caution while loading/unloading plates as the weight causes the handles to move. The plates will fall off unless the arm is held against the rack. It’s probably because of the swivel. Other than that I’m enjoying it!
