If you are like me, you are taking a multitude of medications and supplements to treat your MCAS/POTS/Dysautonomia/ETC. It has become clear this disease effects people differently which is why it is so difficult to find a one size fits all plan for recovery. Adding to this, what works one month may not work the next bc your symptoms change very quickly. What I can say about this product is before I started taking my current regimen of medications and supplements, I could not eat 99% of the things I attempt to digest. It has been like this for almost a decade. I started taking this supplement and Cromolyn, and now I can eat about 80% of the things I want. Yes. I cried. Alot. How do I know it is because of this supplement and this supplement alone? I think at this point it would be foolish for any of us to think after years of suffering, it is only going to take one little pill to make us normal. IDT we will ever know what normal is ever again. I can say that I am confident that this supplement is a part of a regimen that works for me that has enabled me to eat pizza at night with my wife as we watch Game of Thrones (she hasn't seen it yet - so no spoilers! :) I ran out this week and with it being Christmas week, I got behind on re-ordering so I haven't taken it this week and I have thrown up my dinner twice sooooo using that data, one can extrapolate that with the supplement I am able to keep pizza down. Without it, I vomit. Needless to say, I am re-upping. I did not have any side effects taking this supplement daily for a month. All I felt was a increase in health benefits ranging from increased food choice to less exhaustion.

This is a great product and works much better than other DAO supplements I have tried. Also it is less expensive. I have many histamine food allergies and have been dealing with this for awhile. I found there was no taste to the pill and was easy to swallow I also like that I can take the pill right before I eat a problematic food and don’t have to do so in a specific time frame. The company is a small business and customer service has been very helpful with a quick response. I’m very happy with the product and would highly recommend it.

Not worth the money for the amount but it does work

I am allergic to so much stuff this was recommended from a co worker... I was surprised, rash went away and no other issues. Was very pleased it worked

This is not the regular DAO but a vegan sourced supplement from who knows what as they do not list it anywhere that I can find. I gave it 3 stars because apparently it does work for some people, but for me, it caused severe nausea, bloating, and burping for hours after a half dose. I took the first half dose with breakfast as instructed on this website, and got sick shortly afterward. So in the afternoon with my lunch I decided to try the other half dose in an enteric coated capsule (I have to take a lot of supplements this way), to get it past my stomach (where the dao actually works) and it still made me ill for the rest of the day. So that was an expensive experiment, but with MCAS that seems to be the way it goes for me. Lots of money spent on stuff over the years that are in the "Supplement Boneyard."

I have had issues with my gut for years. I came across this product and thought I would give it a shot as usually I just have to take tums and spend hours in the bathroom. I have had to narrow down my diet to chicken and rice because how so many good upset my stomach, I missed the flavors as I love to cook. I enjoy trying new foods but because of my gut I am so skeptical about what I eat and have a huge debate if it will be worth spending 4/8 hrs in the bathroom. After finding this product I was really skeptical if it would really help me. I was willing to give it a shot because why not. I figured worst case it didn’t work and I was back to where I was before I started it. It has been a month since I started and let me tell you, it is going great! The pills are flavorless and the go down so easy, (I also have an issue swallowing pills). My life is getting better. I can enjoy foods I once was so scared to eat because it was a huge debate. Now I just take a pill and eat my food and enjoy the rest of the day. I can now go out and try more new foods with my spouse and it is great! We have started a bucket list of food places we want to try now I don’t have to worry. This product is definitely worth the money!

Used another brand of DAO and it made a huge difference with food sensitivities, but this brand was unsuccessful. Absolute no help at all, huge waste of time! This company is also trying to block my accurate review! How sad, make a better product instead of making amazon silence sick people trying to better themselves!

I have Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS) so every evening my nose gets stuffy, histamine issues no matter what I eat then it makes it hard to sleep. I had tried a DAO supplement a couple of years ago and it made no difference. I almost didn't try this one, due to my past experience and the several mistakes/typos that this brand's marketing person made on the picture adds in this listing (which made me wonder how credible the company is)... but with all the positive reviews I am glad I decided to try it because it really does make a big difference in my histamine levels, whatever I eat for dinner, tuna, cheese, other high histamine foods. I can eat a normal dinner and not get stuffy like I used to every day! It helps me get a better night's sleep not having a stuffy nose. I am glad I tried this and I pray they will not change the formula, but be consitant!

No me sirvió. Realmente no me ayudó e incluso mis síntomas intestinales fueron peores a lo habitual, mucho gas, ardor y diarrea líquida. No lo recomiendo
