Very nice construction sturdy wood and fastings - lovely item - gun draw concealment is a great feature - this “locks” but it’s really the concealment of the draw that is better - lock is a bit flimsy but does work. Great directions looks lovely

First this is made of press board. I knew this when purchasing it so gave it a 5 star rating as it looks great is very sturdy and works as advertised. Just be aware this is very pretty laminated press board construction with a very light metal frame. They over come this with a very nice design that when assembled makes it a solid unit that doesn't flex or wiggle and stands firm. I had no issues assembling it with the tools provided in the package. Might have been a hair easier with a second person to hold stuff steady when joining pieces but it was still easy by myself. I would rate myself at above average in assembling stuff like this though. My hands have arthritis now and the provided tools because of how small they are did make it more painful for me to use. Not complaining about what was in the package just a note about it in relation to my disability. I was happy that everything to assemble it was in the package. The electrical outlets and usb charging ports work fine. Not sure of durability on USB ports but they do work. They dont have to capacity of modern usb 2+ amp chargers though.. I think they only do 1 amp? So work but compared to a 200 watt modern charger that can charge a modern phone in an hour or even a laptop they would take hours to overnight. I liked it enough and my wife did also that we purchased a second one to match at the other end of the couch in the living room. We would have liked a solid wood work of art but our budget settled for a very nice looking compromise :)

Nice sleek look. The quality is nice and in-line with the price. Easy to put together. One small issue is even though I read the dimension of the unit😒 I was mislead by the image. 4.5

The nightstand is mainly made of particle board, which I'll be honest I was already expecting because that seems to be the standard for cheap furniture these days. However, the back of the stand is comprised of cardboard sheets that are roughly 2-3 mm (~3/16") thick, but again that was expected. The two bottom drawers are ok, if a bit small, but the real issue I have is with the gun drawer. I bought this specifically because I wanted the lockable drawer for storing a firearm, however it just barely manages to fulfill that task. The drawer is only about 1.5-2" (38-50 mm) deep, and for some reason doesn't pull out all the way. All that meaning that keeping a full sized hand gun in the drawer would be awkward at best. I don't know if some of my parts are defective or what, but I will most likely be giving this away. Next time I'll just spend the extra money to buy REAL furniture made of actual wood. Honestly the funny thing is that the gun that they use in their advertising image is a DESERT EAGLE, notorious for being one of the largest pistols on the market. And, given the issues I'm having, a gun that size would be near impossible to store in that compartment.

The nightstand arrived well packaged & with all parts. The assembly instructions were easy to follow and I had this put together in less than an hour. The fit and finish are good, with no glaring blemishes or uneven joints. The "hidden drawer" is much smaller than I thought it would be, but it does hold the essentials of my home defense tools. The unit itself is kind of flimsy, with lots of side to side wiggle. While I doubt this will fall apart, it certainly doesn't seem like it would hold up to much hard use. Now for the LED light strip. This is the single biggest reason I'm only giving a 3 star review. First, it's made to be mounted with an attached adhesive strip and I use the term adhesive very loosely. While it sticks to itself easily, sticking to the nightstand is another story. Once I finally got it in the correct place and pressed down to adhere it to the nightstand stand, it stayed in place for maybe 20 minutes before falling off. I tried a couple of times to get it to stick, even cleaning the area with alcohol, it would never stay in place. I gave up and tossed the LED strip in the trash. My next is the power outlet. It has 2 x 120v outlets and 2 x USB ports. If the LED light strip had worked out, it would have taken up one of the USB ports, leaving just one USB port available. All in all, this is a slightly overpriced & a bit shaky nightstand. While I'd recommend it if it will be gently used, I probably wouldn't buy again.

My white Farmhouse Nightstand is beautiful! It looks much more expensive than it was. I was surprised by the large 25 page Assembly Instruction book, but the steps are so clear and easy to follow that it was simple to manage. It does take a while though. Plan on at least 3 hours. It was well worth the effort. It is very well made. Each part fit together perfectly. I love it!

This is the cheapest quality wood I think you can find. It's sturdy enough, but anyway with a solid punch could knock the drawers out. This shouldn't be advertised as a lock drawer, because the lock arrived broken into pieces. It was broken into pieces because it's made out of the cheapest plastic you've ever come across. I don't really care since I'm not actually storing a firearm in the top drawer, but if you are looking for a top drawer nightstand for that, this is absolutely NOT it. The screws that need to be drilled into the wood will strip it out at even the mildest over torquing, so be sure NOT to use a high strength drill. I used a power screwdriver at it's lowest setting, which worked well. Still, these are cheap junk. If these were half price you'd still be paying too much. They look OK I guess, cheap, but good enough. The USB ports work, but you're better off getting some side tables with just power outlets and using your own adapters. I wouldn't trust these with valuable electronics.
