the flour is reall really wonderful but really really expensive . I will probably use the gluten free flours I have been , BUT this EINKORN flour I can make cookies and gravy , thats all so far , 0 no, gut effects , no allergy symptoms no gas , no aching body , just clean food feeling . I am so impressed as its wheat , but I cannot eat wheat , even organic" wheat , but this organic unadulterated wheat digests without any bad symptoms . really its expensive , but I will buy it again , just not often , oh it tastes so very good too . low gluten , so its diff . in baking , the cookies kind if melt in your mouth , the flour just, well kinda melts . no round up on this wheat !

This flour is an awesome alternative to refined processed off the shelf flour, it may be a little more expensive , but isn’t your health worth it. For those who are more health conscious,it is !

I use 3 parts Einkorn to 1 part AP flour to make the dough easier to handle. It’s sticky. Einkorn doesn’t like to be kneaded.

I've been purchasing your most awesome flour for several years now. It's natural with low gluten and does not come with all the additives that most wheat has today in the US. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Phenominal about the glyphosate residue This does make me itchy. I have histamine intolerance. I do take a daily loratadine at night and this does make me itchy when eating during day or early evening.
