Jammed After One Month

Very disappointing. After about one month, the balls started getting stuck at the outlet, and sometimes the machine would not shoot to the intended spot. That makes it unreliable for practice. I contacted Amazon customer service for a return and refund, and they handled it quickly and arranged pickup. I’m still waiting for the refund, but I would not recommend this product.
