Good 😊 product
Delivered said behind bin not had to go to neighbours to check this as happened twice same week . No was their answer ! Then thought try at the back garden it was thrown over the fence on the bottom step. Gate permanently locked. Anyway back to product five stars will continue to buy .

Possible remedy for peripheral neuropathy
Bought in combination with vitamin B complex to relieve diabetic burning feet. Seems to work so far. Does make pee smell weird. Not guaranteed to work but I read an article on this so tried it.

Always need Alpha Lipoic Acid
A good product at a good price. Size of capsules are manageable and easy enough to swallow. Acceptable amount per serving.

Wird zusammen mit einem Vitamin B-Komplex von der 90 jährigen Oma aufgrund von Nervenschmerzen eingenommen (Einnahmemodalität unbedingt abgleichen mit anderen Medikamenten wie z.B. Blutverdünner etc.und im Zweifel immer mit einem Arzt absprechen). In unserem Fall nimmt sie wie gesagt nur die Alpha und den VitaminB-Komplex aufgrund der Einnahme von anderen Medikamenten und ihre Schmerzen sind fast gänzlich verschwunden. Mal zwickts noch wo, aber nicht mehr vergleichbar zum Ausgangszustand. Sie war vorher auch schon beim Arzt und im Krankenhaus, da wurde ihr aber nicht geholfen, sie wurde abgetan mit den Worten "Das ist im Alter nunmal so". Deshalb haben wir das selbst in die Hand genommen und sie hat anständig an Lebensqualität dazugewonnen. Von daher für uns absolute Empfehlung, in unserem individuellen Fall hilfts gut, ersetzt aber natürlich trotzdem keine ärztliche Vorstellung.
