No fish taste, which when I'm popping two pills the size of my index finger full of fish oil... it's quite impressive. No burps or other residual odors that I've noticed either which speaks to the removal of impurities. Pills themselves are rather large, but the gelcap material is soft and pliant making them easy to swallow. Some of the pills were stuck together. This can happen with soft gel caps. Keep them on an air conditioned shelf and no problems but the moment you toss them in a postal truck all bets are off. Easy fix though... Chuck the whole bottle in the fridge for a few hours (overnight is pretty easy) then give it a shake. Rap it on a counter of your shake is too weak, but the pills will just break apart at that point. No fuss, no muss. Can't speak to efficacy yet, but we'll see what the doc says next time I get a blood test!

I tasted the oil, & to my surprise it had a very mild flavor with a touch of 🍋. I have no resistance when down a few. .They also have Vit e as an antioxidant to stablelize their freshness. The pill size is large but normal for fish oil , bottle is dark brown to block UV . I could swallow four at a time but I only do 2. Try em, the price is right the stated potency is good. Not Rancid!

Amazon Elements Super Omega 3 is a really good supplement. The softgels are easy to swallow and they do not have a strong fish taste, which is something I was worried about. The bottle is simple to open, and the label explains everything clearly, so I always know what I am taking. I like that it feels like a high-quality product, and the ingredients seem very clean. I also feel better knowing I am getting omega-3 every day because it supports my health. This is a supplement I would buy again because it is dependable and does exactly what it says.

Great supplement, has higher nutritional content than name brand competitors but you must take 2. Even with taking 2 the price is cheaper than name brand ones. No discernable taste, swallows easy. Stick together in bottle but a little shake and they all come apart.. Amazon does it again, great product at excellent prices.

My only problem with this item is that the pills stick together. The bottle is stored in an air conditioned room, but these pills are almost impossible to get unstuck. I hope Amazon will receive this feedback and do a better job with their packaging. I have purchased the more expensive name brand and have not a bit of trouble with the pills sticking together.

I’ve been taking a well known brand of fish oil capsules for quite a few years, and these seem to be the equivalent in all ways except for price.

they are a bit large but are consistent

Elements Super Omega-3 easy to swallow and I did not notice any side effects. Elements are very affordable and I would purchase again.
