Works well and seems well built

I actually bought 2 of this kind of torch. The red one here and one of their black ones. I just received them yesterday. I filled each of them and tested them. They both seemed to be quality-built lighters. Fast forward to today, the red one will not light up, no matter what. After making sure it had plenty of fluid, you can hear it coming out when you push the trigger. I realized the igniter isn't throwing a spark. Can't get it to spark at all to ignite the lighter, so this one is a dud. Really disappointed because it feels to be built really well. But look and feel can be deceiving, I guess.

Big not a regular size lighter it's a size bigger.

They work but some better than others. And the is a warranty card with no return warranty for six months. You just have to send your order number via email within a week of receiving it. I’ve sent multiple emails. They never get back to you so the warranty is basically a lie or a very poor customer service but the seven days are always gonna be up before you get a response, if you even get one that remains to be seen.

Gave as a gift, they loved it, flame adjustment, fits well in hand, great value
