It's on the opposite spectrum because I find the merkur 34 c to be a bit mild but it's great to use after a couple shaves with the chieftain, yeah but I wouldn't recommend it as a daily driver , mix it up with some viking blade adjustables **Q: does anyone know where these are made?** A: I just purchased mine.
