## Description

Please make sure the DPS model matches the specifications of the motor before purchasing DPS. 1) DPS must be chosen and used properly according to the motor specifications. Check the motor rated current (A), horsepower (HP), voltage (V), and select the DPS model. 2) The MY-PS-3 type is used for 200V-240V 2HP 6amps 3-phase motor. If used on a motor with a lower horsepower than 2 HP (such as 1HP, 0.5HP, 0.25HP motor) the motor will heat up and produce noise, causing problems with motor operation. 3) DPS should only be used for one motor. Never use one DPS on multiple motors. 4) DPS can be made from single phase 200V-240V to three phase 200V-240V. 5) The voltage of the motor should be set to 200V-240V (Delta Wire - Low Voltage). 6) The efficiency is about 90% when using DPS model that meets the motor specifications. 7) Use a wire with thickness that meets the rated current of the motor. 8) Not for use with three phase motor with three-phase brakes. 9) DPS generates three induction phase by driving the motor. Therefore, when the motor is operated, you can measure the three phase with the DPS output. If the motor is not working, you can not measure the three phase with DPS output. 10) If you connect the magnet contactor to the motor and DPS, please connect the control line from the magnetic contactor to the "U" and "W" of the DPS output. If the motor does not work even after connecting the DPS to the motor to power it on, replace the wiring position of "U", "V", and "W" in the DPS output at least 3 times. If the motor is working in reverse rotation, you can replace the position of "U" and "W" in the DPS output, the motor will work with forward rotation. 11) If the machine has magnetic contactor, it is only for 220V DPS will not work with 380V or 440V magnetic contactors. 12) If the motor starts early and the motor is not too much loaded, the current of the 'U' phase and 'W' phase of DPS output may be unbalanced. However, when the motor is applied to more than 50% of the load is applied, the current value of the 'U' phase and 'W' phase will be balanced. The V' phase is almost equal to the rated current value of the motor. 13) If the current is unbalanced, even if the motor is under 50% of the load, please check whether the DPS model is set. DPS can be used according to the specifications of each motor. If you use DPS that meet or exceed the specifications of the motor, the motor may generate heat or noise. Also, make sure the motor is overloaded. DPS efficiency is about 90%. Generally, three phases supplied by power companies and three phases DPS produce are different. This is because DPS converts from single phase to three phase. Therefore, please use the motor with efficiency less than 90%

使えるか不安だったが接続したところあっけなく動作してしまいうれしいやらびっくりするやら昨今のインバーターの品薄＆高騰でタイヤチェンジャーの電源をどうしようか迷っていた所この商品を見つけて購入簡単に動作し助かりましたインバーターのように出力側でON-OFFできないなどの制限もなく快適に使えておりますあとは耐久性ですがまだひと月も使っていないためどの程度持つかはわかりません、壊れた場合はまた投稿します。

三相220の配線がないためコンプレッサ－のモ－タ－を単相220ボルトのモ－タ－に代えて使っていましたがカ－ボンブラッシ型のため合うブラッシの確保に苦労していましたこの変換器のおかげで元の三相モ－タ－が使えて良かったです。まだ数週間ですが順調です助かっていますただ電気料金がどうなるのか知識が無いので経過を見ていきたいです。

容量に合ったものを選択する必要があるそうです。大は小を兼ないらしい。大きいのを購入したのですが、アンバランスなためモーターから異音、熱ももちますので、短時間で使っています。
