Be patientโฆ they work.
We live on a dairy farm and the flies are terrible this year... mild Winter, avian flu and less birds around. Put these on shepherd hooks with temps in the 60โs. No odor, no flies for several days. Then we had a 90 degree day and BOOM! Within a few days the bags are half full and Iโm ordering more. They do smell like vomit, but itโs a small price to pay. Iโm tired of getting eaten alive every time I go outside.

Best Flytraps Ever
These are the best flytraps ever! I have tried many and these beat the others with 4-5 times the number of flies captured at a farm with cows and horses generating attractive smells.

Use product early
1st to know, put these out early March every year to cut down on the reproduction of the flies in your area. And keep them out all summer. This product works great. I had an issue where my 6 pack I ordered was shorted by 4 units. Amazon was not much help. I reached out directly to Fliesbegone and they made things right and was very nice. My suggestion is to use the suppliers website to order not the Big A .

Effective at catching flies but smells horrible
I purchased these fly traps to get rid of an overwhelming amount of flies we had in our outdoor kitchen/pool area. They were making it hard to enjoy family gatherings or just sitting outside in general. Overall, the traps are easy to set up and use but they smell terrible - like rotten fish. They work great - all the flies were attracted to the trap and were caught in the bag, but it was an unpleasant smell that we unfortunately had too close to our sitting area. I would recommend using these away from where people will be hanging out or eating.

Works very well!
These bags works incredibly well. We live next to a few cattle farms in TN and flys are an issue. On some summer days they would literally cover the outside of our house. It was awful. Put a couple of these bad boys up and it took care of the problem. These things do stink so make sure you do as it says and put 40โ from house in the sunlight. It says it starts working in a week but I saw it really starting to work in 2 weeks. But when it did it started getting fuller by the day. This picture is a little older. Just threw out 2 bags filled to the brim. They are pretty pricey for just getting rid of flies. But if you are desperate like us to get them out, itโs worth it.

Not what order says
The order said six but it came with only two and it was expensive.

Uninvite The Flies
Iโve tried other products that were so horrible smelling, it was worse than the flies themselves. Flys Be Gone does not stink until you have a bagful of the dead and dying pests, and itโs time to discard it. This product really does attract and trap these miserable insects. I have a feral cat problem and this helps a lot.

They realy work.
We have a small farm and we wanted to reduce the millions of flies, just abit. So tried these last summer and boy did they work, we set-up an area around farm and within weeks they started to fill up. Make sure to set them up where you don't normal travel, 1 the hundreds of flies filling up and climbing over each other in a see through pouch "gross" and 2 you guessed it, the smell. The one thing that was tricky and not on all of them was the plastic snap on cover on top not all snapped on that well. The built in string that came with traps didn't break nor did the bags tear when full.
