Can this pump work in a domestic closed heating system. It runs at a max of 3 bar?

All heating pumps such as these work in normal pressure at 1.5/2bar. They are built to withstand 3 bar. It's not advisable to run at 3 bar under normal circumstances

Can this pump run continuously for approximately 12 to 15 hours

Yes it can run 24 hours a day seven days a week

how do i return a faulty one under warranty, been in one month and now tripping mains RCD, Found leaking into electrics

Have you split the body and tried fitting it to another manufacturers fitting? If you you this may be the reason it is leaking. You have to exchange the complete pump.
