Better than pickle juice
These may not taste like a soda, but I believe they quench your thirst, when you have sweated a lot, as well as anything. More importantly, they seem to have done away with my muscle cramps I got after mowing on a hot day

Gatorlyte is the best!
I swear by gatorlytes! I prefer the bottles but at $3 per bottle, I’ll take these! Flavors are great especially the strawberry. Worth the money. If you’re sick and have a fever, these are a lifesaver! Very effective in rehydration. They’re the only electrolyte drink that works for me and my husband.

Low sugar happy hydration
Artificial sugars trigger my migraines and diluting Gatorade is still too high in calories and not very tasty. Gatorlyte powder is nice. It’s my new, when in need, hydration electrolyte go to. I mix one 45 calorie packet in my 32oz water bottle and never find any issues with its mixability. (I just shake my water bottle once or twice). It’s tasty enough that the residue/remnants lightly flavor my following refill. Of the three flavors available in the powder form I love cherry lime the best and watermelon next. I dislike the orange. I found it had a weird soapy taste. On the other hand, my son really likes the orange. So, a Low sugar happy hydration for me and my son!
