This belt helped me reduce back pain and improve my posture. The material looks high quality and well built to last. The straps are adjustable and I ordered a large size that fits me perfectly. It’s easy to put on and take out, quite comfortable for long wears. It comes with a nice bag for easy storage and protection when not in use. I am hoping with regular use I can bring my posture to correct and hopefully will not be needed !!

Very comfortable and easy to use and adjust, even for long hours of use. The quality is solid and feels durable right out of the box. It provides great posture support without restricting movement. Excellent value for the price — I would definitely recommend it.

Good stuff. Noticed immediate improvement after the first 2 hour start. I am going to go, 2 on 4 off then a final 2. So in any day I am only wearing it 4 hours total. I am giving it a 4 out of 5 because I don't expect lasting durability and the design of the lumbar support could be better. Other than that..price, comfort, ease of use and removal are all good. Results are to be seen, but the start feels good, expect occasional headaches from the readjusting of your bodies posture memory, so to speak. Anyway, to anyone reading this: Good luck with this and everything else you are trying to improve with your health.

Seems to be helping my wife with her posture and back pains

Bought this for my son. He’s tall and needed help with posture. The material feels solid and supportive, and once tightened it stays in place well. It does feel a bit stiff at first (almost glued when adjusting), so it takes some getting used to. Works well as a posture reminder—recommend starting with short wear times..
