I am going to go, 2 on 4 off then a final 2. So in any day I am only wearing it 4 hours total. I am giving it a 4 out of 5 because I don't expect lasting durability and the design of the lumbar support could be better. Other than that..price, comfort, ease of use and removal are all good. Results are to be seen, but the start feels good, expect occasional headaches from the readjusting of your bodies posture memory, so to speak.
