This product is packed in a sealed, reclosable pouch, with one side clear so you can see what you get. There are no additives or mysterious extraneous ingredients, just beautiful red pepper flakes dried to the perfect moiture level. The taste is sensational! Super - fresh, with just the spice level you'd expect for this pepper variety. This brand has gained a new, long-time customer!
