逆流性食道炎だったため、このサプリメントを購入しました。効果はあると思います。

胃痛には効果がなかった
胃酸過多で頻繁に胃痛がおきるのでネットで色々調べていたらアカニレ(スリッパリーエルム)が効くと書いてあったので購入しました。空腹時に胃痛がおきるので2錠飲んでみましたが1時間経っても胃痛が軽くなる等はなかったですね。便通は良くなったような気もしますが元々便秘じゃないので・・・残念でした。
